NO WEAPONS POLICY

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.

Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.

By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy.



Guest Access:

We provide a self-check-in service. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you all the necessary instructions for accessing the home one day prior to your arrival via the Airbnb message thread. Be sure to keep an eye out for it. Rest assured, we'll be available to assist you during your check-in process should you need any help.

Other Things to Note:

- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking.

- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies.

- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Landscaping: Is done once a week.

- Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean. Rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



Please note that during the spring season, there may be an increase in non-harmful insects (such as beetles) and natural debris from surrounding vegetation that can occasionally enter the pool. We perform routine pest control and profesional pool cleaning service, however, some seasonal factors are outside of our control. Weather, including rain, may also affect water clarity. We will do our best to address any issues promptly with our pool staff.

NO HEATED POOL



-SECURITY CAMERAS-

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.



- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.



- Other: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
