Overall, lovely property and convenient to restaurants, waterfront, and Duval Street. The pool area was a nice place to relax in the evening after a day of walking around. Our room was on the third floor, so my friend didn’t care for lugging her suitcase up & down 3 flights (or after a night out), but I was fine with it. The property manager was onsite and very friendly. There were two K-Cup coffee makers in the rooms, with coffee choices, a mini fridge, and mini Kind bars (which I found to be a nice touch). In hindsight, I could’ve done a better job of reviewing the property description- I thought it was a 2 BR with a living & dining room (but the living & dining room was in a shared, communal space on the first floor which was nice and had a larger refrigerator/freezer). Also, I didn’t realize that my friend would have to walk through my BR to get to hers & I’d have to go into hers for access to the bathroom. I came across one roach in her bedroom, but it’s Florida (and could have been worse). Again, small things & fun trip.
