This elegant apartment is located in an exceptionally quiet area in the 19th district and spans 151 square meters. A parking space is included. The living and dining room offers a beautiful view of Vienna. Grinzing is famous for its Viennese folk songs and wine taverns. Visiting the wine taverns remains a popular pastime for many Viennese. Grinzing offers a comfortable lifestyle with a rural character marked by tranquility and greenery, combined with a touch of chic.
The apartment consists of five rooms, is air-conditioned, and includes a private parking space. The grand entry hall, serving as the central hub connecting all parts of the apartment, features Solnhofen limestone flooring, and the recessed ceiling spotlights provide beautiful, space-illuminating lighting. At the rear of the entry hall are entrances to two small walk-in rooms that can be used, for example, as a pantry and storage room, a guest restroom, the entrance to the kitchen, the entrance to the south-facing living room—which includes the dining room—and the north-facing entrance to the private retreat and sleeping area. The kitchen is located across from the walk-in pantry and features beautiful, solid granite flooring and a granite countertop, and is equipped with a new Bosch induction cooktop, a new Miele oven, and a Samsung refrigerator.
