RIGHT ON THE BEACH. YOU DO NEED TO BE AWARE OF TIDES FOR BEACH ACTIVITIES, HIGH TIDE DRAMATICALLY MAKES THE BEACH SMALLER. THE BUILDING HAD A FAIRLY CLEAN RESTROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR SO THAT YOU DID NOT NEED TO GO AL THE WAY UP TO YOUR UNIT IF YOU WERE AT THE BEACH.

The condo looks exactly like the pictures that are shown! Outside furniture was very comfortable. Condo is right on the beach. Highly recommend!
