This sublime apartment is located on the ground floor of a Haussmanian building, it is ideally located between the Sacré Coeur and the Grévin Museum. Close to the Galeries Lafayette, you will be in the heart of Paris. The location is ideal for those taking the Eurostar or Thalys. This apartment will make you dream of a refined and elegant atmosphere with family or friends.
You will be near many shops, cafes and restaurants.
The Space:
The 50m² flat is composed of:
- A living room with a dining room for 4 people with a TV corner
- A fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster)
- 2 bedroom with 160 cm bed, television and bathroom with toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

Travellers have access to the entire flat

This apartment is ideally located in the center of Paris in the 10th arrondissement. Many shops (restaurants, supermarkets) are nearby. The apartment is close to:

This apartment was in a pretty good location for exploring Paris. It had some nearby shops and restaurants and is near the trains and metro, but not near many attractions. The heat in the front room didn’t work, the wifi was not good, and more tea towels would be nice. We also were only given one set of keys, even after asking for more, so for four adults who wanted to go separate ways, it was difficult.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this quaint apartment in the 10th arrondissement. It's a small space, but the four of us still felt very comfortable. The area felt pretty safe, and checking in was pretty straightforward. My only gripe is that I wish we had more towels for our stay (even just an extra pair). If you're planning on staying here, bring your own toiletries, as we were given the bare minimum (a small hair and body wash and body bar).

The apartment was in a fantastic location with the metro and train stations close by plus shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and grocery stores within a block or two. The apartment was small but very well laid out and was comfortable for the three of us staying there. There was a small miscommunication during the check in process so we ended up waiting for a little while but this was minor and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the apartment.We had several changes to our itinerary and the host was helpful and accommodating regarding making the changes.

The property was as described and a wonderful accomodation for us. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths was exactly what we needed and this was very clean along with a great location with 5 minute walks to Gare De Nord and Gare de L'est for both metro and other trains.
