A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico’s water treatment pumps, swimming in the ocean is not advised at this time. The water is tested for bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the ocean has been closed from the border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity you are looking for, I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

My wife and l spent a few days at this condo while we visited Sea World. We were very impressed with all aspects of this unit. The check-in instructions were direct and very clear as to how to gain access to the garage and into the unit.Once inside the condo we found it immaculately clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well supplied with everything that was needed whether you are staying a few days like us or if you were staying longer. The bedrooms were of good size with very comfortable beds. The master bedroom had a nice sized walk-in closet and a bathroom with a tub and shower. The balcony was very pleasant to relax on and provided a nice view of the waves crashing agaonst the shore. NOTE: the view from the balcony for sunsets was absolutely amazing!!All instructions for the tv's, internet, etc were very clear and easy to understand. The unit was also very ADA friendly with plenty of space and a walk-in shower.Within walking distance to the condo there are several restaurants, gift shops, the Imperial Beach Pier. In my opinion, Luigi's was the best pizza we've had since we left New York a couple years ago. The commute to San Doego and to Sea World were very easy commutes when we were there. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would stay again if we come back.

Great beach view from the balcony of this condo. And the sunsets were spectacular. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive when a solved a problem super quick. Having 2 available parking spaces was a huge bonus. (As were the community carts/baskets to use for transporting our stuff to the condo from the parking area.)
