Beautiful accommodation, with lovely vaulted ceiling making it bright and airy High quality finishes all round Kitchen has everything you need and a bottle of milk waiting in the fridge was a lovely touch Tea bags, coffee pods, crisps and biscuits also provided Bed was comfortable and high quality bedding Lovely big fluffy towels and M&S toiletries provided. It was so quiet at night meaning a great night sleep A lovely stay and would recommend a trip to Caster sands and Rye center

We enjoyed our short break in excellent accommodation, which was perfect for our needs. Clearly a lot of thought had gone in to the accommodation and everything had been finished to a high standard. We would certainly stay there again if we are in the area and would recommend to anyone who is visiting East Sussex, an perfect base for many local National Trust places.

Faultless space with everything could need, local supermarket to get sugar and bits to cook from space! Super comfy bed, loved the extra touches and coffee machine, quiet and owners have a gorgeous garden to appreciate whilst sitting in the terrace space. Location was great to access Rye and other areas. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!
