Our home is located near the Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, galleries, boutiques, and world-class restaurants. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.
All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.)
Getting Around:
While the neighborhood offers plenty to do and see on foot, the FQ and downtown are a 10 minute ride away.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
–The spa is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and spa maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

We enjoyed our stayed. This property was so nice and clean. It felt as if I was at home. I most definitely will be booking a stay here again. Thank you for hosting us

The management company was very responsive to all questions.Everything was nicely appointed (kitchen and bathrooms). Pool and spa were a hit for our family.

Backyard was not well maintained and not as green as pictures showed, outdoor rug was torn and shredded, pool was dirty which resulted in 2 days of not being able to use the pool, hot tub was not hot, same temperature as pool with hose running into hot tub 24/7 that was cold water, no cushions on poolside chairs; had to run dishwasher 3 times to get dishes clean, some of the hardware was loose and ready to fall off; 3 large garbage barrels sat askew in front of house for entire stay (no others in neighborhood were out); laundry room filled with so much “stuff” could barely open door to washing machine let alone stand in front of it; water pressure in bathroom with stand alone tub was very weak. Some of above major issues, others minor.
