The VRBO was nice, clean, and spacious. Nicely decorated, and had very comfortable furniture in the living room. Bathroom was well stocked and towels were clean and soft. Our bed was comfortable. Communication was wonderful, and the host went above and beyond to provide a kitchen item I asked about. It was unusually hot when we were there. There were a couple of fans, but we couldn’t open the windows because most of the screens were missing and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Beautiful views, and we saw several pronghorns and deer from the back window.

We had a great stay. The property is a five minute drive from Walden and is really cute. There's plenty of room for up to 6 people. The view of the mountains and North Park are gorgeous. The only thing I would suggest if you are booking is to make sure you bring coffee, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Luckily, I had packed the toiletries, so we only needed to pick up coffee at the Dollar General in town.

The doors didn't operate correctly creating a possible hazard. The second door actually locked us in! And the front door wouldn't stay shut without locking it. Some of the bedding didn't seem clean. Some supplies were overly minimized; the toilet paper and paper towels ran out as well as the trash bags. The grill was filthy with non-food related stuff and there was no way to clean it ourselves. Overall, pretty disappointing other than the view from the back porch.
