As a guest, you have access to a large full amenities kitchen, main living room with stunning red rock views via large windows, & 3 queen size bedrooms. Both primary bedrooms have awesome redrock viewing windows & their own full bathrooms. The primary bedroom courtyard is accessible from the living room / or primary bedroom. 1st-floor primary bedroom has dual vanity sinks, one bathtub & a separate shower. The upstairs primary bedroom has a full bathroom/shower. An additional shared 1/2 bathroom is accessible from the living room. Enjoy our cherry tree-shaded patio or the secluded master courtyard on warm evenings. I strive to provide a clean, comfortable, & value-oriented listing (city STR License #008642). We use low-fragrance natural cleaning supplies during our thorough cleanings between guests. Vehicle parking consists of 2 driveway, & 1 street-side spot. Other things to note
A queen self-inflating air mattress is available to host 2 extra individuals to 8 total. Thorough sterile cleaning of high contact areas (light switches, door knobs, tv controllers). Each mattress has comfortable bio covers that are wiped down after each booking. I am a registered nurse that takes cleanliness seriously!
