Check-out is 11am on the day of departure. There is a $25 late check out fee if guests leave after 11am. Guests are expected to notify me immediately upon arrival of any damage to the unit is noticed. The guest accepts the premises in its present condition and agrees to take good care of the unit during their stay and further agrees to pay all costs to replace or repair any property damaged by the guest during their stay.

This is a great first floor unit! The bed is super comfy and the fireplace is really nice as well! The kitchen is fully stocked and the unit is super close to the Fairmont where I had a meeting. Jamie, our host, was super communicative and helpful. Hope to stay here again in the future!

We stayed at the Glacier Lodge Suite for 3 days, 4 nights. Several other we know stayed her too and enjoyed it. We were the only family that had a kitchenette, it was perfect. We could cook breakfast, leave our room in our ski clothing, pick up our skis from the locker and be in the Gondola line less than 5 minutes later. My family got great rest too. We hope to stay here again next year when we ski Whistler.

The room itself was very nice. Older fittings but relatively clean and comfortable. The listing stated there was a pool and hot tubs but we were warned after reservation that those would be closed. The front desk said till 2026. The building is under construction also. The weekend was quiet but Monday morning we were awoken at 8:30 by Jack hammers buzzing through the building.Property manager was communicative.
