Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay. This listing includes both 3 bedroom 3 bath condos #A6 and #A8, they are side by side and pool facing.
These fully furnished 3-bedroom condos are on the 2nd floor (no elevator) . Each condo has 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen with both standard drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living rooms with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 4 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Great property near downtown Gruene. Stayed here for a reunion of retired work buddies. We needed 5 beds so we rented two units adjacent to each other. The entire property seems to be very new; both units were very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Although close to downtown Gruene, I wouldn’t call it an easy walk. The road is very busy and not real well lit at night. We had no problem finding parking in Gruene so we drove back and forth.Communications from the property manager were very good.Would definitely stay at this property again.
