Each Villa is equipped for groups of 4 to 6 people. Our 4 independently bookable Villas offer the perfect setting for private family or business gatherings.
We are within walking distance of the stunning white sand beach of Avellanas.
Our free private parking accommodates 2 cars per Villa, illuminated by solar lights and private cameras for security. From here you enter the area of 4 Villas surrounding our beautiful saltwater pool.
Our garden is a mix of colors of nature in the rainy and dry season. An old Guanacaste tree is providing just the right amount of shade to keep the pool at a cool temperature.
Howler monkeys often come to look for mangos and flowers in our neighborhood. Beautiful Hummingbirds of any color you can find, as well as dragonflies over the pool.
We are a family of a German wife living Costa Rica since 1989 and husband from Costa Rica and a son born here. Please do not hesitate to ask us about tours our friends offer like:

Doris was a wonderful host. The unit was perfect for family. The pool was very well kept. The kids loved playing in it for hours. It was very nice to be able to keep an eye on them from our patio. I loved listening to the animals living in the trees around the property. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Thank you for everything! Pura Vida
