Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Great apartment in the perfect location in Rovinj old town. Minutes from everything in the old town and central yet on a side street so that you're away from the mass of tourists. Really comfortable, well-appointed, and spacious place. 1 min walk from the neighborhood mini-market that somehow has nearly everything. Minutes away from a bunch of great restaurants, the main church and the bell tower, and maybe a 5-10 walk from the nearest (rocky) beach. Really great experience here - thank you Igor and Alessia! I would definitely return!

What a great apartment! It is in a great location of Old Town Rovinj. It has a very comfortable living area to relax and read or watch tv. We had a request for the owner of the apartment and they responded immediately. It is nicely furnished and not far from the main gate of Old Town. Highly recommend!

Photos not accurate, very dark place. Cave like entrance. Furnishings not comfortable. Kitchen inadequately equipped. 2 sets of stairs to climb, not mentioned. We were told there was public parking 250 m away. It was not available. Then, they told us they had private parking a distance away and we had to pay them 75 euros CASH on the spot. In addition we had to pay 30 euros in cab fare each time we used our car. First time we used the shower we found the drain plugged. We were told by owner safe did not work, not to use it. Front entrance door into building did not work, owner said it worked “sometimes”.
Overall, not a good experience.
