Sleeping arrangements:
Retreat to a private bedroom featuring a plush King bed with high-end linens and pillows for total relaxation. For extra guests, the living space offers a cozy sofa sleeper. We provide soft bath towels and all the essential toiletries you’ll need for a seamless stay.

Living area:
The lounge is equipped with a large Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for seamless streaming and video conferencing. Modern furniture and brand-new finishes ensure a professional yet cozy atmosphere.

Kitchen & dining:
Cook like a local in a full kitchen stocked with a gas range, oven, fridge, and microwave. From pots, pans and silverware, everything is on hand for home-cooked meals. A cozy dining nook offers the ideal space for your morning espresso or a relaxed seaside dinner.

The private bathroom includes a full tub and shower combo paired with a clean vanity and ample lighting. To keep your travel light and comfortable, we’ve stocked the space with a hair dryer plus premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Situated on the ground level of a quiet multi-unit complex, this retreat prioritizes your privacy and comfort with easy, step-free access to the front door. Guests can utilize the first-floor shared laundry (coin/card ready) and enjoy a private outdoor patio. A secure lockbox makes for a seamless, independent arrival.

Neighborhood:
Ideally placed between the energy of Downtown Oceanside and the charm of Carlsbad, you’re just a short walk from the coast’s top cafes, local breweries, and unique boutiques. Take a 25-minute stroll to the Oceanside Pier, enjoy a scenic bike ride along the shoreline, or make the 5-minute drive south to explore the heart of Carlsbad Village.

The suite is entirely yours for your stay. Please keep in mind that the building is home to long-term residents, and we kindly ask guests to respect the quiet, local character of the neighborhood.

You have private access to Garage #3 along with an extra spot directly in front of the garage door. Your unique garage code will be sent to you upon check-in.

Street Sweeping:
The city conducts street sweeping on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month before 10:00 AM. Please ensure your vehicle is not parked on the street during this time to avoid a ticket.

Nearby Train:
Oceanside is a historic coastal rail town. While a city noise ordinance has significantly reduced train horn frequency since 2023, you may occasionally hear a distant horn during low-visibility weather.

• Pets: Friendly pets are welcome! Please note an additional cleaning fee applies.
