The house was a nice place for my friends and I to stay during our concert weekend. We used the kitchen to cook a few meals. We watched movie on the living room tv. It was nice to be able to have space to hangout and relax together. You can do that in a hotel. We didn't get the chance to use the hot tub. It rain on the only day we have time to use it. The parking is tight, there were alot of cars and not alot of space. I would stay there again.

Was in Columbus for a conference. Clean house! Some things were a little dated, and the bunk bed was not the most stable, but overall a nice house. The house was in a nice location, and we were able to walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center. It was about a 10 to 15 min walk. Close to many restaurants. We would have liked to use the hot tub, but there was a lack of privacy from neighboring houses so we were not comfortable utilizing that feature. Overall great experience and would stay at this location again.

The host’s quick responses and resolutions to any problems is the redeeming quality of our stay here. The home was not thoroughly cleaned (large dust bunnies, dirt clumps around the beds, etc.), but this was okay compared to some of the other messes we encountered. I found molding leftover grounds in the coffee machine, nasty (and unidentifiable) food clogging the kitchen sink, and a green hot tub that took two days in total to fix. The location and overall vibe of the house is great, but I was disappointed by these bits that took away from our trip since maintenance had to stop by several times. Like I said, the absolute responsiveness and helpfulness of the property management hosts did help.
