The home is thoughtfully designed with an elevator for easy access and convenience, especially for unpacking and settling in. Beneath the house, you'll find concrete parking, a covered entry, and a private boardwalk leading you straight to the sandy shores. After a day of beach activities, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the fish cleaning area and the double park-style grill for preparing your catch. The first-floor living area is easily accessible via an exterior staircase that leads directly to the boardwalk.
The kitchen is the heart of the home, with spacious counters, a prep island, and seating, making it easy to prepare meals while still enjoying ocean views.
