Large one-story home with large rooms, open living, kitchen and dining. Great for family gathering together in large open area. Internet, and garage. Access to Colorado river, city park, casino's, ATV trails, restaurants, all with-in blocks or short drive. Super Walmart with-in a mile. Beautiful sunsets off large back concrete patio. Early morning hear the birds sing in the trees and pond at back of the property.

The owner was pet friendly, so we were allowed to bring our whole family. Easy location to grocery stores, fast food and river access. Clean. The kids loved having foosball competitions. Thank you for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay.

Upon arrival, it was obvious the cleaning crew had not cleaned the house. However, the host Joel offered to have the cleaning folks over right away. We opted to clean the house ourselves given that our 2 dogs were already agitated after our car drive. We didn't consider this to be a deal breaker. Joel managed to refund the cleaning fee that was included in the total fees. That was gracious on his part.

Couldn't find blankets for the futons. But overall a great place to stay.
