Loved the location and the privacy it gave us. Accommodation was great and the manager was quick to answer our questions. We had upper and lower balconies that where nice to sit on. Very close to the Island and groceries stores. Would recommend it to other family members.

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had the cookware you would need to make a meal with. The cabin felt like home.The host responded quickly to my questions.

Overall this house was well worth the price. Great location but far enough off main strip to not hear traffic all night. Mrs.Patty has been so easy to communicate with in the process of renting this property. Love the fact there is a washer/dryer. Beds are comfy, kitchen is wellenough equipped to cook small meals. Neighborhood is quiet but was a little confusing the first day coming in due to there is part of the subdivision a road down but you need to travel all the way to the top to find the correct entrance for this property. I would stay here again if we were to travel to TN again.The few cons------ as a family of 4 we do gather trash over 4-5 days from bring home plates or from cooking meals. There were only 2 trash bags available and we really could have used a few more. There is only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each rest room. For larger families you may need to bring some. The upstairs bedroom....the fan and light works off a remote. I may just not know how to use it but for some reason the light would just cut on throughout the night and wake us up. The last night the light cut on right back off then the fan cut on unsure if there is a timer set but found it odd. Also,just know if out late at night the outdoor light has a sensor so it may not automatically cut on when the switch is flipped but once dark the light cuts on.Otherwise this has been an amazing family vacation and this house accommodates our family of 4.
