The host is very courteous and responds quickly. The area is great in relation to the colleges and shopping. The parking is not advantageous. The property can use some upgrading. The stove and microwave were terrible. The owner should check on the cleaning crew...It was a great price and stay for a one night trip. I would recommend based on the communication with the host.

This property was described properly, and it was clean. The window treatments in some of the rooms could be improved with blackout lining.
