The house is located in a former fishing village at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The garden is fenced and tree-lined, with a patio and outdoor furniture.
The home consists, on the first floor, of a large living area with a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the garden, a dining room, living room, open-concept fully equipped kitchen, pantry, half-bath, full bathroom, and one bedroom (140-cm bed); and upstairs, two large bedrooms (160-cm beds) and a full bathroom with a half-bath.
A coastal trail runs right past the house; if you enjoy walks and hikes, you can explore the gulf and its islands in all their splendor.
I invite you to take a dip in the sea at high tide at Pointe de Bernon (6 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike).
Located 7 minutes from downtown Sarzeau, 10 to 14 minutes from the Atlantic beaches, 15 minutes from the Port of Crouesty, and 33 minutes from the historic center of Vannes.
Reservations are made on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.
