The space
A premium space that is modern throughout. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor making it easily accessible for those with mobility difficulties.

An open plan kitchen and dining room with Smart TV leads out to a private garden with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for summertime.

A separate utility room is located next to the kitchen with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer adding to convenience for those longer stays.

The large lounge area with patio doors has enough comfy sofas for 8 guests to relax and watch anything they like on the smart TV.

Upstairs leads to a King bedroom with ensuite, Double with ensuite, and Twin with ensuite - all with their own storage.

Guests will have access to the garage space attached to the house, which is ideal for cyclists wanting to store their bikes.
