This charming Cape home enjoys a bayside location in Eastham, on a quiet cut de sac. This three bedroom (2 queen and one full) 2 bath single family residence is beautifully landscaped. Newly renovated master bathroom, with large walk in shower boasts two shower heads so shower with a buddy. There are 20 foot cathedral ceilings in the light filled living room with a fireplace, open floor plan, a large 50" flat screen TV & DVD player, WiFi and ceiling fans, Central air condition.The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with ample counter space and equipment to prepare fabulous summer meals.The dining room accommodates 8 with a charming bay window and window seat on one side and sliders which open to the deck on the other. Down a hallway off the kitchen you will find a new full bathroom,with a walk-in shower.A queen bedroom and separate den which has a full size sleep sofa, flat screen TV and VCR. A full size washer and dryer is located in the basement. A Weber gas grill is on rear deck, with a new outdoor shower, and a sumptuous garden view. 10 minutes from Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beaches in Eastham and one street away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, this year-round home is well-loved and well-kept. Less than a quarter mile to Orleans shopping and restaurants and less than 15 minutes to renowned Nauset Beach, this Eastham gem is newly listed for its second summer season. Grab it while you can.

Super easy check in to this very comfortable home. Had options of using AC but also opening windows when AC wasn’t necessary. Great location, not far at all from bike trails or to Orleans center. Judith was a wonderful host!

This home is super nice and clean. The location is perfect. You can get to any town and any beach fairly quickly. The interior is clean updated and the area feels super safe. This rental had everything we needed…highly recommend. The pictures don’t do the home justice. We travel a lot and the format of the property was perfect for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kiddos. Comfy and homey. The host was excellent and super helpful through the entire booking. We will stay here again and hope to come back very soon! Book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Judy’s home is located at the end of a quiet road in Eastham. The grounds were lovely. The home was clean and comfortable and had the amenities needed to enjoy a vacation. While it was just me and my husband, there is plenty of room for additional guests. There were 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a den with a pull out sofa. We would highly recommend this property and will likely book it again for ourselves next year!

This was our first stay in this property and we were very happy with the accommodations. It was clean, cozy, had all we needed and the beds were so comfortable! Would definitely come back!!
