The property was very clean and modern. Newly renovated. The view was beautiful. We loved the secret game room you entered through the laundry room. The game room had foosball, game table, shuffle board and a dart board. We loved sitting on the deck morning and evening!

We enjoyed our stay and loved that I did not have to worry when checking out just had to pack personal stuff and leave. First time I stay in a Vrbo that had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Any questions or issues we had the owner answered promptly. Loved our stay and the house was beautiful.

The game room is accessed through the laundry room and was very popular with our crew. There is a dart board, foosball table, and card/board games. The projector room has a lot of seating on the sectional, separate couch, and floor cushions. The view was amazing, and even in the summer heat the breeze and shade made it comfortable to sit outside. Here are a couple of notes: The single room is accessed through the master bedroom. None of the bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Overall, our stay was pleasant and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. However, we did receive a complaint on the first night for sitting on the backyard balcony area after 10 PM. A few of our group members are smokers who enjoy relaxing and chatting outside in the evenings, so this restriction was a bit disappointing. The game room had a noticeable ant issue, and we found leftover food in the refrigerator from previous guests. The dishwasher was also not functioning, and the home could benefit from a general refresh or update. Despite these concerns, the house itself was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably.
