The property is terrific location on the beach. Family friendly!! Pretty good stocked kitchen. The property manager was very accommodating and answered any questions and concerns immediately!! Very nice!! Great beach access!!! We loved it!!

Our family just wrapped up another wonderful week at this beachfront gem in East Sandwich. This was our second stay at the property, and it reminded us why we came back - the direct beach access is unbeatable, and the house has everything a family needs for a true Cape Cod vacation.The location right on the beach meant the kids could run down to the water while we kept an eye on them. East Sandwich is perfectly positioned for day trips but quiet enough that we didn't feel like we were in the middle of tourist chaos.The house was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We're already talking about booking again for next summer.

The location is just fantastic and the space is great for multifamily gathering! The property manager is so attentive and helpful. We've stayed here three times now and love it.
