The opportunity to connect with friends and family is what makes a stay at Maple Haus so special. This historic home has been remodeled with an open floor plan to bring the whole group together. it's refined to the nth degree, but not without personality: delightful decor and pops of color will bring a smile to your face as you go about your day. With plenty of room to spread out and relax, plus a location just a few blocks from Main Street, no two days here need to be the same.
You can hit the town, drifting between tasting rooms, shops, eateries, and the Marktplatz. Or you can settle in at home, enjoying cold lemonade on the front porch rockers, a breeze and a bottle of wine on the back porch lounge, or an afternoon of sunshine in a grassy yard with a grill.
Location- 3.5 blocks north of the heart of Main Street in Fredericksburg's Historic District
Host- Private home with no on-site host
Sleeps- Up to 10 people in 3 bedrooms; bedroom #1- 1 king bed, bedroom #2- 1 king bed, bedroom #3- 2 king beds, living room- queen sleeper sofa

There are two buildings on the property (The Main Haus & The Bunkhaus). You and the other members of your reservation will have exclusive access to the Main Haus. However, the Bunkhaus will not be accessible to your group and it will not be rented to anyone else during your time at the property.
House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained home with hot tub and central air conditioning. Great window shades and curtains over large windows allow for great light, privacy and sun blocking. Easy access to shopping and food with several of the best restaurants 10 min walk. We will be back.

Overall great house! Plenty of space for a group of 4 adults to hang out while also having separate rooms/beds to sleep in. Has a nice desk to do remote work upstairs. Kitchen was well stocked for any cooking needs. The back yard was fairly private given the location, but does get some noise from neighbors. We enjoyed the clean hot tub during the colder nights. FYI it's an older house, so there are definitely temperature differences between the downstairs and upstairs, but having a window AC unit in the upstairs greatly helped! Centrally located, only a few blocks walk to Main Street and all the shops/restaurants.
