Stylish contemporary home located on the fringe of village in a wooded area 3.5 miles from East Hampton Main beach and 1.7 miles to Egypt Beach. Very convenient location to all restaurants and shops. Very cheerful home. Bright and comfortable and great for biking, walking or running on a quiet street.
Everything you might need is on the premise so just pack lightly and have a great time. Sit under gazebo and you instantly feel relaxed surrounded by beautiful green yard. Close to all attractions, Sag Harbor, Amagansett, Bridgehampton and if you like to run or bike - this is the perfect location. There is a TV in every room, also most wonderful, huge and enclosed wrap around wooden deck as well as BBQ grill.

me and my family had an absolutely incredible 10 day stayed at this beautiful property in the Hamptons. The outdoor space was a dream. great pool, beautiful landscaped garden and plenty of room for lounging. Peaceful and private ...the perfect place to unwind.

We loved the simple « ranch » layout with an architectural twist and the beautiful swimming pool And we really appreciated all the little attentions and touches that made our stay feel like a real vacation!

The property was charming, clean and cozy. The grounds were well kept and everything worked well, except for the pool situation. The owner sent a text the day of our arrival asking for more money for propane to heat the pool -- which wasn't included in the property description. We rented the house because it advertised a heated pool. When we arrived the pool was a bit of a mess, and we had to wait a full day before it heated up - 1/2 our weekend, so it was a lot of effort for little return. Also, wifi (also advertised as an amenity) never worked. Otherwise it's a good location and house is perfect size for family of 4.
