Other things to note
🏠 Older home with character
This is an older Detroit home that has been thoughtfully renovated while preserving much of its original character. Many of the floors are the original hardwoods, which have been restored rather than replaced.
🔧 Renovation notes
As with most older homes, there may be small imperfections that come with age and prior construction. In this home, for example, there is a floor vent in the kitchen that was added during HVAC work and is a bit unusually placed, but it is not expected to be a nuisance during your stay.

This was a perfect house for our grown kids and grandkids to get together with us for a fun weekend in Detroit. Close to charter fishing, the Detroit Zoo, and Comerica Park. The neighborhood looks a bit rough but the neighbors were pleasant and we felt safe. The living room and dining room were very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 9. Central air on the main floor and window units in the top 2 levels kept us very comfortable. This house was exceptionally clean and well supplied with keurig cups, paper towel, body wash, and plenty of toilet paper. Comfortable beds and nice linens.
