Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to four.
No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.

Super amazing stay! This was our second time at this property! Was so perfect the first time there was no doubt we would choose this property again!Location is in a great spot! Easy check in process! Very clean and great for a weekend getaway!

This place was perfect for our stay. They thought of everything. It was 25 below when we stayed and they even let us plug in our vehicle! It is a basement apartment so there is a little noise from upstairs but not bad at all! Totally worth the stay. Very cute apartment, great host, very affordable.

The cozy apartment don’t have ventilation neither AC in the basement. after the first night, was raining and the basement start smell on mold . Also, you cannot cook because of no air and they don’t have full kitchen necessity.
The bathroom door doesn’t closed and make big noise when you open it.
Overall, it’s may be good for one night, but not for a couple days.
