Super romantic, secure and private in the most desirable neighborhood downtown Sarasota. A Home away from Home - Close to everything one would need, award winning restaurants, theaters, Opera, Comedy Club, Museums with trolley's to beach. King sized bed and sofa and private bathroom/shower. Located above vintage jewelry boutiques, yoga, beauty and gifts in a mixed-use 1920's building and across from Burns Court Film Theater, Owen's Fish Camp and Galleries, local stores, restaurants, and scooter rentals. Close to waterside dining, Selby Gardens and Whole Foods, Performance Theaters, Boating, Bayfront and a couple miles from the Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach. Join us! You will love it!

Loved our studio next to Burns Court in Sarasota! Very comfortable bed and all the other items we needed--frig., microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and even a cooking pan on a hotplate. Dishes, etc. were ample. LOVED the view of the 1920s mural straight across from our windows of a local street scene from that era. This location was great location for us to walk around all the central areas of Sarasota. We would book there again.

The studio room was being repaired so we were upgraded to a one bedroom. Being morning people, we loved watching the sunrises in the morning while laying in bed. The mattress was very comfortable, as well as the rest of the furniture in the room. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Denise even brought us a bag of beach towels, which was very helpful for us, as we didn't have room in our suitcases. We especially appreciated how welcoming Denise was with our little dog, who came with us on vacation. One of the best features was the central location to so many great restaurants. We try to eat healthy, and there were so many farm-to-table restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the room. Not to mention only a 5-10 minute walk to the ocean, the Botanical Gardens (worth seeing!), a large park for our dog, and much more. We are certainly planning on coming back and would highly recommend this as a place to stay, especially if you need a place that allows pets!

I did review already but it was very clean and pleasant and safe area to walk around.
