Come enjoy being on this beautiful lake in your boat or on your jet skis or while away the day floating and swimming with friends or family in this is fully furnished 2 bedroom plus loft, with 2 full baths. The master and guest rooms have queen size memory foam mattresses, while the loft has a comfortable pullout.
This lake house comes with a private dock and is nestled in a beautiful cove. Rock Springs boat ramp is less than 1 mile away. Bring your boat! The kitchen is fully stocked, full sized washer & dryer, a smart TV and WiFi. There is a lower patio and an upper deck with gas grill and dining table. Parking available for 3 cars and 1 boat trailer. It is located between Tugaloo State Park and Paynes Creek Campground. Also, this home is close to downtown Hartwell and Lavonia. Well behaved pets are welcomed.

The property was wonderful for what we needed. The house was convenient for us to go into Clemson for the Morgan Wallen concert and close to a nearby marina for us to rent a pontoon boat for the weekend. There was easy access from the house to the private boat dock, and a wonderful deck for grilling and enjoying dinner outside. The hosts were friendly and very responsive.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed, including all the amenities and the host was kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property was great! It was well-represented by photos & descriptions listed on the VRBO site. We’ve never had an easier check-in/check-out process. We enjoyed our time there and were happy to be able to bring along our pet. It’s a beautiful area for sure!
