Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a charming home with just two apartments—ideal for families or friends traveling together while still valuing their privacy.

The highlight is the spacious heated pool, which can be used year-round thanks to its electric heating system—perfect for sunny days and warm evenings, even in winter. Your private, screened-in veranda invites you to unwind, while sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating provide the perfect setting for relaxation.

The fully fenced property ensures a high level of privacy and security—ideal for families with children or even with a dog.

Traveling with friends but still want your own space? Here you get the best of both worlds: each family has its own apartment, yet you can enjoy quality time together under one roof.

The home is located in a quiet, well-maintained, and typically American neighborhood with a friendly atmosphere. Shopping options, supermarkets, restaurants, and numerous attractions are all easily accessible by car. The popular “Sunnysplash” water park is nearby and offers fun for all ages.

The “Eastside” apartment features a spacious living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. A dining table for up to 6 people and a cozy TV area with a sofa bed provide plenty of space to relax.

From the hallway, you can access the bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the two bedrooms:
One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, while the second has two single beds—ideal for families with children or couples traveling together.

Note: This is a duplex property, so the outdoor area is shared—perfect for social moments while still offering private retreat space.
