Welcome to Clearwater! This bungalow was completely remodeled (2015) and turned into a pleasant "home away from home" for anyone looking to get close to the pristine beaches of Clearwater, Honeymoon, St Pete and Caladesi Island.
This home is ideal for a small group of 4-6 people. The home has two bedrooms (sleeping 4 total) and a futon-like sofa (sleeping 2). The total size of the bungalow is just over 1000 square feet.
There are slate floors throughout the residence, along with all new furniture. There is central heat and AC. The first bedroom has a Full bed; the second bedroom has two Twin beds. There is a large twin-vanity bathroom with a large custom shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped with the ability to make and serve meals for groups for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a shaded back patio behind the home with furniture to lounge on and a small electric grill. There is a large screened in front patio for lounging.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Only cons would be the mattresses on the small beds aren’t the best and the furniture has had its day. Pros are, everything you need is there. The kitchen is very well stocked, lots of towels, outdoor space, loved the screened in porch because mosquitoes love me too much. Very easy access to a lot of places too. For what you pay it’s well worth it. Host was great too, very responsive.

Location was perfect, close to everything. The bed was comfortable, we slept very well. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of items and the huge bathroom was a plus. They could use new camp chairs and a better outdoor space in the sun. Also there was no electric grill as stated in the listing. We had a nice stay.

Yes the host was outstanding and answered all my questions as needed.The house was nice and clean and would definitely come back.Only 15 minutes from the beaches and all the restaurants on the beach!

No outside parking,the one car garage was small and uphill to get in,grass wasn't mowed so no outside time. Inside was excellent.
