Libbys Landing is a beautiful waterfront log home with breathtaking long and wide water views.

With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, our spacious home is perfect for family vacations, multi-family getaways, reunions, or elaxing lake retreats.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the lake inside, while the expansive open floor plan makes it easy for everyone to gather together or spread out and relax.
One of the things guests love most is that most of the home is accessible on the main level, including the great room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, bathrooms, screen porch, and huge deck - no steps required for much of this home.
Waterfront Living - A paved walkway leads directly to the waterfront and private boathouse, with a sandy beach area perfect for relaxing, swimming, or playing in the water.
Whether your enjoying your morning coffee on the deck, watching the sunrise over the lake, or relaxing on the screen porch, the views are simply spectacular.
Outdoor Fun - Guests can enjoy Firepit, Grill, Basketball or Cornhole (Year Round) and Volleyball or Badminton (Mid April to Mid October).

-Large great room with stunning views.
-Game room with second living area.
-Spacious kitchen and dining area for group meals.
-Screened porch and large waterfront deck.
-Easy main-level access to most of the home.
Even though the home is large, it also works beautifully for smaller groups or couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

Booking Information
-Most Summer weeks are intended for Sunday to Sunday but we sometimes allow last minute partial 3 and 4 night rentals during the Summer too.
-Fall, Winter and Spring weekend stays available with a 2 Night minimum.
-Our Calendar is always up to date.
HOUSE RULES
To maintain a peaceful family and neighbor friendly environment:
-Primary Renter must be 25 years or older.
-No high school groups, fraternity/sorority parties, or large party events.
-No Weddings unless the total person count remains at our below our max capacity of 18 guests onsite at any time.
-Reservation holder must remain preset during the stay.
-No early check-ins or late check-outs unless approved in writing in advance
-We are a Non Smoking home inside the house or screen porches.
-Smokers are welcome to smoke on patio and deck as we provide cigarette butlers.
Our Goal - We take pride in oour home and work hard to make sure every guest has a wonderful stay. Many of our guests return year after year, and we hope your stay at Libbys Landing becomes part of your family's favorite lake memories.

We had a wonderful time at Libby’s Landing with our children and grandchildren. The property offered entertainment for all ages. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, crockpot, toasters, coffee machines, etc., everything we needed. The host responded quickly to the questions we had on the day we arrived. The family room had plenty of seating for everyone as did the dining tables. We enjoyed foosball, air hockey, cornhole and volleyball. We rented a boat for a few days and were able to use the boat lift and ate lunch in the boathouse a day or two. We enjoyed s’mores around the fire pit. There was plenty of space to spread out if you needed a little quiet time. I particularly appreciated that the mattresses were in great shape and not worn out. The grocery store was close by, which is a must when cooking for a large family. We went mini golfing and got ice cream at Tim’s at Lake Anna which you can get to by car or boat. Vito’s has great pizza that we picked up and brought back to the house. We loved the flat yard where the grandkids could run around.On the days we didn’t have a boat we swam out by the boat dock and used the paddle board and the littles played in the sand for hours. This is a great property. You can tell that the hosts put a lot of thought into preparing this home for their guests.

This Vrbo was in a beautiful location. The house was spotless and the views were spectacular. The only complaints would be that the beds were not made when we arrived. Owner stated that they do that so you can see the sheets are clean. Who wants to make beds on vacation? Also, the lack of basic necessities. You definitely don’t feel pampered by this host. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, minimal paper towels and no cleaning supplies to even wipe the counters off. The bathroom towels were old and some smelled sour from being folded and put away damp. The place is surrounded by cameras and the list of house rules is lengthy. We felt as if “big brother” was watching.The kicker was the threat of a fine for every thirty minutes we went over the 10am check out. We were in our vehicles and driving up the driveway only to spot the cleaning staff waiting at the end of the driveway for us to exit. Those things added up put a bit of a damper on the trip. Although a beautiful location, we won’t be staying again.
