A private washer and dryer are also provided.

Our building is fully licensed for short-term rentals and located within the Santa Barbara Coastal Zone, where stays under 30 days are allowed. Many other listings in the city fall outside this zone and are not legally permitted to offer short-term stays—so hosts might decline your booking request to avoid violations.
