I'm sitting on the couch typing this on my laptop, watching and listening to the waves out the large patio door.
Or, I could walk a few steps onto the balcony that overlooks the ocean and see a beautiful courtyard with grills, pool and hot tub. The security gate off the courtyard takes you directly to the beach.
Re-modeled kitchen with granite countertops, new backsplash and stainless appliances in December 2014.
Both bathrooms upgraded in 2014 with walk-in shower in master bath (see pictures).
Walking distance to many restaurants; some as close as a block a way. 'The Wave' is free public transportation that goes all over the island as well as over the bridge to Port Isabel that has a Wal-Mart SuperCenter and HEB for your shopping needs.
Free WiFi in condo; Fully equipped kitchen.

Location Location Location!You cant beat being right on the beach! When you want to go - easy access and bring whatever you want - if you forgot something, zip up to the room and grab it. When you're done -5 minutes to be packed up, back to the condo and in the beautiful shower. Such a good time!
