Breezy Palms Villa, which is set on the picturesque Chalk Sound, is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property (sleeps up to 12 - additional charges apply above 8) which has all of the modern amenities such as a separate game room (with a pool table, kitchen/bar area, and TV) but the feature of this villa is the infinity pool looking out at the pristine waters of the Chalk Sound National Sanctuary. This protected environment doesn't allow for motor craft, but feel free to kayak, windsurf or paddle board in these waters.
Breezy Palms Villa is fully landscaped, and of course surrounded by local Palm trees. There is a private one bedroom unit with it’s own terrace and spectacular view.
Amenities include a large gourmet kitchen, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout. Entertainment center (incl. LED TV, DVD, stereo etc.), pool table, wet bar, free wireless internet and long distance calls.
A rental car is a must, as you are staying in a quiet residential community, with a ten minute drive you can be in the heart of Grace Bay. Award winning sandy beaches, restaurants, art shops and water sports await you.
Everything from the beginning of your holiday when you step off the plane and meet your Breezy Palms Representative who will escort you to your villa for orientation and who will be available throughout your stay. It is important to us that you are able to relax and enjoy yourself and have the holiday to remember... and return to.

We had the most incredible visit! Julian from the management company was awesome and super responsive and gave great recommendations. The house was great and located close to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay which are two of the best beach areas to go to. We did the trip to Grace Bay but was so windy we went back to the house and did a pool day. If there is only a light breeze would recommend using bug spray around the pool area which thankful the house had some. The view from the back of the house is stunning, and the house comes with paddle boards and kayaks but the sound was a little choppy that we actually never used either but didn’t bother us a bit. Highly recommend this house and would absolutely rent again!

This property happily surpassed our expectations. The height at the back allows for a beautiful view. the property is clean and well maintained. The view on chalk sound was wonderful. we would go to different beaches for the day, but come back to our sanctuary of peace.

Here’s a polished and balanced review you can post on Vrbo or share with others:---We had a fun trip and really enjoyed our time in Providenciales! The home was easy to find, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone. The views from the dining room are absolutely *to die for*, and being right on the sound was truly magnificent — peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing mornings.A few things to be aware of: You must use the **front door** to access the apartment, pool house, and pool area, as the back door only leads to the deck. Unfortunately, we also experienced a **major leak in the owner’s bathroom**. Although it was reported early, it wasn’t addressed until the day before our departure. The leak came from the tub and soaked the entire bathroom floor, spreading into the bedroom closet and causing a foul smell throughout the stay. Additionally, the **door handle** on one bedroom kept falling off, and the **fire alarm batteries** were not replaced when requested.Location-wise, it’s about a **4-minute drive** to both Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay, and roughly **25 minutes** to Grace Bay.Overall, the property has great potential thanks to the location and views, but it definitely needs more attentive maintenance to provide the best experience for guests.

Nice property. Enjoyed the pool and really enjoyed swimming and kayaking around chalk sound. Water is so nice.
