This multilevel 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium townhouse is a great choice for large families, multiple families or groups of up to 10 people. With a living room and a separate family room perfect for the kids, it’s spacious and comfortable anytime of the year and close to all your Summit County activities.
You’ll love the private, spacious hot tub and gas grill on the deck, and it’s located less than a block from shuttle stop that takes you to Peak 7 in four minutes and Peak 8 in five minutes. Going into town? Leave the car in the heated garage and take the shuttle down the hill for a four-minute ride to the Breckenridge Station. Is Nordic skiing your thing? Walk across the street to the Breckenridge Nordic Center. In the summer there is excellent access to hiking and mountain biking trails in the area as well.
The upstairs living room is open and sunny with vaulted ceilings and fantastic views that overlook an adjacent wooded area. The condo was perfect for our girls weekend. There were plenty of beds and having three bathrooms was great. The back porch was really nice to hang out on in the evening, and the hot tub was amazing. There’s a coffee pot, filters, and coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and even a spice rack. The only thing missing was some type of cooking oil or spray. There was a quirky issue with the remote controls for the ceiling fans. The remotes for the fans on the middle and top floors could control the fans/lights in both rooms so we kept accidentally turning each others’ fans/lights on and off. Overall, great condo in a really nice location.

Great location, property was situated very nicely slighly off the main road but not far from the Shuttle. The sleeping areas were perfect for our needs, with the teenagers taking over the living area that had bunk over full size beds and large couch. Hot tub was wonderful. Very nice place. Rental company was great also, from first contact to last day. We loved it.

Thankfully that we were able to find a place so last minute and thanks for Sarah and the manger for working with me for our 2 night stay.
Nothing negative towards the rental company.
