The design of this house makes a holiday with family or friends with large spaces for gathering around the meal, the pool, part of basketball, tennis, while maintaining a modicum of privacy.
Kindergarten secure and equipped for all kinds of activities.
Facing south and southwest, closed parking with automatic gate for 4 vehicles.
The living area and without facing and overlooks the village and the hills.
The house is 5 minutes walk from the village center, all the shops nearby, a gourmet restaurant and a pizzeria.
Votive festivals typical of our region in July and August.

On the ground floor, two apartments including P2 open kitchen living room with sofa bed, shower room or bathroom wc, bedroom. EVERY P2 with an area of ??50 m2, have different worlds.
Each P2, allows sleeping for 4 people with a double bed and a sofa bed 160 to 140 P2.
Upstairs a P4, 140 m2, a kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, wc, 3 bedrooms, office, sunroom. There is a bedroom with a bed of 140, a child's room with two bunk beds 90 and a crib and a bedroom with a double bed 90.
A wide outside, including a summer kitchen with barbecue, bread oven pizza, a large pergola with table and chairs for 14 people, a large swimming pool 12 meters by 6 meters with beach for lazing the water on chairs or hammocks, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Southern exposure, without any opposite.
The second part shall P2 is opened on a kindergarten secure with swing, rope knot, ladder, dome of escalde, playhouse, slide. Picnic table. Terrace with sun beds. South west, partially shaded.

We are a family of 6 and we stayed with another family of 3. It was absolutely perfect. The villa has a great swimming which our children enjoyed every day with a pool side BBQ area, it could not have been better. The separate apartment downstairs was perfect for us as the teenagers had a space for themselves. The village of Uchaud makes a perfect base from which to explore the french countryside. The big towns like Montpellier and Nimes are not far away and there are plenty of small towns and villages like St Gilhem de Desert and Sommier which were great. We go away every 2 years with our friends and this was the best one we have stayed in. If you are looking for a big property then this is perfect for you.

The house is beautiful the garden and pool are large and lovely places to relax. There were six adults and eight children in our party and we had a wonderful time with enough space for all of us. The house is well stocked and has everything you need. The outside kitchen is a brilliant space. The owners were extremely generous. The pictures almost don't do justice to the house. Its a great base for exploring too and is very close to Nimes but in a peaceful town. We had a great time thank you
