House for 5 persons: approx. 110 m2, on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen, a living room with an open fireplace and a separate WC. The first floor comprises another double bedroom with a balcony offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, a children's room with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning on the corridor.
Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi free of charge. Guests staying here in October/November will have the opportunity to experience how the olive harvest works. And if you would like to learn more about the production of the delicious oil, don’t miss a visit to the oil mill in Vodnjan.

We enjoyed our stay in the House very much , perfectly located to explore Istria. The House is very charming, well equipped, has a nice second terrace which gives shadow all day and the Pool is perfect to cool down. Really can recommend!
