We have now stayed here a few times and it is by far the best property we have ever stayed at. The house is spotless and very well stocked with everything you need to cook with. Every time we stay, it is like no one was there before, it is that clean. You can tell that this is a property that is loved and not just just a holiday rental. The garden and pool area are immaculate every time. Communication with both the owners and the property manager, Cesarina is excellent. We love this place!

Visited Florence, Pisa, Luca, Viraggio, and Colloddi, which were all interesting in their own different ways, but it was always nice to get back to "Top Cottage" where we could relax around the pool and admire the surrounding views. The house was extremely comfortable, well equipped with plenty of space - we didn't want to come back home! This family trip was to celebrate my 70th birthday with our 2 sons, 1 daughter-in-law, 2 grandchildren and 1 dog and we all fell in love with the place. The children particularly liked the pool and watching the "fire flies" at night - magical! Thank you so much Marie-Lou for letting us use your beautiful cottage.

We stayed in the villa with friends for a week and really enjoyed it. The view was phenomenal. You can relax very well at the great infinity pool - just like “la dolce vita”. But unfortunately we weren't able to use it much due to the weather.
Everything you need was available in the villa just as described.
The region around Lucca or Pisa can be reached quickly by car and invites you to linger.
We would come again, but probably rather in spring or summer.
Thanks a lot for your hospitality MaryLou and Bernhard
