Facing South, overlooking garden / fields, this elegant property enjoys absolute calm. Beautiful bastide of 300m², recently renovated, decorated as in the 19th, as follows:
Ground floor: entrance distributing on its right a dining room to accommodate 14 people, left a friendly living room with fireplace in the old, opposite a beautiful kitchen with terrace access and lounge / dining room d 'outside.
1st floor :
Bedroom 1: bed 180, air conditioned master suite, terrace of 40m², dressing room, study, TV corner (can become a 7th bedroom), bathroom with shower (double), bath and toilet.
Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90, bathroom with shower and toilet.
2nd Floor :
Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 4: bed 160, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 5: bed 160, bathroom with shower and toilet shared with ch. 6, dressing.
Bedroom 6: bed 160, bathroom with shower and toilet shared with ch. 5, dressing.
THE GARDEN: A landscaped park of 2 hectares, its chestnut trees, its French garden and its basin of 11 x 6m.
