Beautiful property overlooking Broad street! We enjoyed the beautiful flat. We used dishwasher, washing machine, and oven, as well as espresso maker and iron, and all worked. Two bedrooms were comfortable and so was the sofa bed setup. It was very hot outside during our stay, but the property had a fan in each bedroom to help. Back bedroom window did not stay up on its own though. Drying rack for clothes was also in closet with iron and ironing board. Very stylish apartment and close to lots of restaurants and attractions. We really loved the Adventure Cafe right across the road (the baked goat cheese salad there is amazing). Small convenience store right next door, and larger waitrose Grocer 5 minutes down the road. Somewhat steep hill to get up to apartment from train station, but whole city is somewhat that way. While here, make sure to do the Mayors free walking tour- so amazing! Only slight problem we had was contacting the property owner, but I was only able to email and not call. They had an emergency number, but it wasn’t an emergency, so not really a big deal. I do wish they would respond through VRBO though. At beginning of booking, I had a problem with how to pay, and even VRBO was unable to get in touch with property owner after several calls. Mike called me back as soon as he was back in the office, and was really great about clearing up the confusion. Check in instructions and check out directions were great!

We were so impressed with this flat! It was immaculately clean, well stocked with all amenities one could need, and couldn’t be better located to explore Bath. The property managers were very accommodating, and let us drop off our bags early, as we arrived hours before the check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. This flat is absolutely lovely, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to visit Bath!

The property is described as luxury. This is not the case. While some features are relatively new, the carpets are very dirty, walls are scuffed/grubby. The kitchen was well stocked. The description of access is minimal. The stairs would be difficult for travellers with bags, narrow and steep.
