Views South and East forever from the 11th floor.To the South are the bright lights of Myrtle Beach (including firework views on occasion) and to the East is the sunrise and the beach. King bed in the Master and Queen in the second bedroom: two twin beds in the third bedroom;We also have an Queen EZ Bed which you can set up where you like. Our Essential EZ Bed makes guests feel truly welcome. Just take this ingeniously engineered guest bed from the closet, plug it in, and it automatically inflates in less than 3 minutes.

There is a one-time cleaning after rental and a Linen Package which includes: beds made with supply of Linen(fitted sheet and top sheet for each bed and sleeper sofa) Towels(8 towels,3 hand towels,6 washcloths and kitchen towels):Bar soap,hand soap supplied along with trash bags,toilet paper and dishwasher detergent.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and of course all the everyday appliances.
Something about our building Arcadian II
We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront.
Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Large parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your luggage in and out.
Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the crowds. If you like the crowds on occasion restaurant row is 2 minutes. Barefoot landing is a 5 minute drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 minutes.

The condo was great and the kids loved it so much! It is very spacious and well stocked of all our needs. The temporary storage for our beach chairs and toys was an added bonus so we did not have to bring it up and down each day. The pool was nice and clean as was all of the outside property. I highly recommend staying here. I am glad we found the netting to go across the balcony railing with our littles, I gave us a more secure feeling. We enjoyed the picnic tables too with low country boil. We would definitely stay here again.

I have been coming to Mytle Beach for and have never stayed in this area. I shopped and eaten there even passed by. It was quiet and relaxing we really enjoyed being there. Thank you Frank

This is our second year staying at Arcadian II, with same management company but a different unit. Last years unit was already booked so we decided to try this one. We love the location and how quiet and away from the hustle and bustle it is - Perfect spot for a family looking to have a laid back beach vacation. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the complex and unit itself this year.
The unit still had food in the fridge from previous guests, there were balls of hair in the bedding, dust all over furniture that you could tell hadn’t been wiped down in the past year at least, found old guests hairbrushes, socks, etc under furniture, bottom of shower curtain in main bath was extremely dirty, and balcony window was so dirty that I had to wipe the side panels myself just to see out clearly. Maintenance wise, the air vent intakes were stained and dirty, walls were half painted, and the hallway door was broken (safety hazard to my 1.5 year old so we just had to pull it off and prop against the wall). We asked Frank if netting could be put on the balcony railing for safety and was happy to see that he was able to accommodate our request - I felt much better knowing the balcony was safe for her. Pros: Frank is very responsive and washer/dryer on each floor is very convenient. Cons: Unit just REALLY needs some deep cleaning and maintenance.
