This house was perfect. It had plenty of space plenty to do. Located close enough to everything we did while we were on vacation. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the upstairs bedrooms were so hot and practically no airflow which made for a bad nights rest after being at universal all day long and then 95 weather. If you could fix the air-conditioning upstairs, this is a gold mine!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful themed 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Davenport, FL! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and stress-free, and the communication throughout our stay was excellent. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. After long days at the parks, the pool was a huge hit—everyone looked forward to relaxing and cooling off each evening.Highly recommend this property for families or groups visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The villa is a great place to stay for kids as the rooms are very well put together and themed.Lots of utensils and space for everyone.Loved the pool table and the pool.A few issues to note for the owner...Mattress needs replacing in Harry potter room as it's saggy.Mould around bathroom windows upstairs and door handle loose on upstairs bathroom. Shower temp control broken and sharp on upstairs bathroom. Security bar on patio doors does not stay up.Very noisy ac.The water smells of sewage from all taps and showers which is really off-putting.However, regardless of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
