A comfortable and well-equipped 3-bedroom garden flat in Kensington & Chelsea, just a one-minute walk from Earl’s Court Tube (Zone 1). With direct access to the Piccadilly and District lines, the flat is an excellent base for exploring London — museums, parks, theatres, shopping and Heathrow Airport are all easily reached without the need for a car.

The flat is arranged over the lower ground floor and works very well for families and groups up to 7, with the option to accommodate an 8th guest on the sofa-bed if needed.

Everything was exactly as we expected. The flat is a great location to access the tube and bus services. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms to spread out. The wifi was very fast. We would stay here again.

The flat was well-maintained and suited us very well. The location was excellent, just a couple minutes walk from a small grocery store, a tube station and a train station. The neighborhood was nice as well. If you are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues this is probably not the location for you since it's only accessible by a small but steep staircase. However that was not an issue for my family. Also, communication with the host was great. I felt confident that if we had an issue (which we did not) that he would answer promptly.

This is our second stay at this property. Alex is a very responsive, accommodating host. The property is lovely, plenty of space and all you need for a few nights in London. 30 seconds walk to the tube and it is an excellent location.

Although the property was nice it definitely needs some TLC. The towels and linens as well as the sofas and walls paint are shoeing their age. That photos in the description appear to be from a number of years ago.
