Property manager expects you to clean up kitchen before checking out. He lives on the same premises and reminds me of my landlord.

Everything went smoothly at check in/out. The grounds were well kept and the pool and hot tub were clean. The beach is a short walk from the property which was perfect. I would stay there again.
