The spacious living and dining areas with a vaulted ceiling are positioned to take full advantage of the wonderful views. Beachfront Paradise with its open floor plan is light, airy and filled with comfortable, contemporary furnishings. People who like to cook will enjoy the large, bright kitchen with bright white cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances. Outside there’s a large open deck - great for kicking back and enjoying the beach…not to mention perfect for viewing the beautiful sunrise or enjoying the view of the stars at night. When you are ready to take a dip in the waves or build fun sandcastles…the Gulf playground is literally the backyard and makes for very convenient fun in the sun time! Home is located far away from public beach access points. Therefore, it is seldom crowded. It make the beach location perfect for social distancing.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The selling points are definitely the view from the balcony/living room and beach proximity. You can’t beat it. A few things to note is the stairs to get into the property are steep with no landing at the top, could be dangerous for young kids or elderly people. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, but no salt/pepper, coffee, or oil (which they do tell you upon arrival). The house in general is old, however it was clean. For us the views and beach access were worth it and we would return!

View was spectacular. Entry was steep with no landing at top to unlock door and no railing at top. Step down to livng room was a little bit of a bother. Only electric outlet in main bathroom did not work and one little bar of facial soap for bathroom was inadequate.Enjoyed view and location very much. Deck and living room / dining room were great places to hang out.
