The property has kept its Provencal charm while dressing in modernity. The interior of the house is warm and refined.
The facade, adorned with multiple windows and French windows, opens onto the park where a dozen hundred-year-old plane trees stand. The park is perfectly maintained and the garden divinely flowered.
under the centuries-old plane trees, the estate is located 2 steps from the village of Cabannes, in a calm and privileged environment. Surrounded by a vineyard, this 400m2 farmhouse is a real haven of peace. It has been completely renovated and offers 5 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, 1 of which is air conditioned.
a private swimming pool of 12 by 6 meters with an automatic security cover.
From Cabannes you can walk very easily and visit many interesting tourist sites without making too much of a car: Saint Rémy and the natural park of the alpilles at 15 mn, Cavaillon12mn, Les Baux de Provence 20mn, Avignon and its famous festival in July at 20 mn, Tarascon, Fontvieille ... and hardly further Arles and all the folklore of the Camargue, without forgetting of course the famous villages of the Luberon to the east of Cabannes.

One week with all our family
Very good place with all we need for children

We stayed for a week in very hot July and could not have been happier with the property.
Boris was extremely helpful at check in and very easy to contact during our stay, quickly providing anything we requested, even arriving with croissants and baguettes on our first morning when refilling the gas BBQ. Very thoughtful touches in stocking the fridge with drinks and providing wine from his vineyards for us to sample!
The house is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, everything has been thought of.
The gym is extremely well fitted out, and the whole house is air conditioned so the heat was not an issue at all.
The outdoor shower on the upstairs terrace was a favourite with our group, the house is surrounded by vineyards so total privacy.
Although the house is private, a 10 minute stroll took us into the village where there were multiple boulangeries to choose from.
The house has electric gates to access the long, very pretty driveway and then further electric gates to enter the property, so it feels very secure.
The pool area was a huge hit. We had 2 families with children so much time spent here. There were pool toys to use and an undercover pool bar area which has a fridge and sink, perfect for a drink around the pool.
With table tennis, boules, and a huge garden, no one was getting bored, but there was a huge screen in the living area with every channel imaginable for some down time.
A perfect stay, we loved it, thank you Boris!
