We had a great time in Upahl. We stayed in a beautiful old farmhouse. The place was clean and tidy. There were two sitting rooms, a equipped kitchen and a nice terrace to sit and to enjoy the garden. There was a lot to see and do in the surroundings. So I very recommend this beautiful place to stay!

Open apartment set in large, attractive farmhouse. Access to expansive gardens, with goats, chickens and resident (May) Stork with young. Very comfortable rooms, with extensive views of surrounding greenery. Although a car is essential, you might not want to go anywhere else.

This is a charming property. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished. There’s a pretty garden to sit in. We were very comfortable there. The location, near the motorway and main roads, is excellent for driving to many interesting places. We were pleased to find that Cahtrin speaks excellent English and she was very helpful. The only little problem we had was that the apartment is listed as having a washing machine but it doesn’t. Cahtrin let us use her washing machine in the evenings but it would have been more convenient to have had one in the apartment as advertised. Also, somewhere to put soap and shampoo in the shower would be good. Otherwise everything was excellent.
